Relief Fund has set up by Central Govt. to fight against COVID-19

PM Narendra Modi has established a public relief fund for the aid of Corona Virus victims and treatment procedures. Anyone can donate to this fund. Several organizations and important personalities of our country have already taken part in this program.

51 Crore relief fund from BCCI

 BCCI has declared to donate 51 crore rupees in this fund. When the whole country is disrupted and disturbed under the deadly claws of Corona Virus, the Indian Cricket Control Board has taken this gesture. BCCI president Saurav Ganguly, Chief Jay Shah announces this fund after the BCCI board meeting.

Medical Relief fund from TATA

The great business giant TATA has declared to contribute 500 crore rupees for the medical relief fund. They will be supplying PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for medical personnel, respiratory systems for the virus affected patients, testing kits to increase per capita treatment and modular treatment facilities for infected patients. This wave taken by the TATA Trusts, TATA Sons and the TATA Groups are collaborated to fight against this pandemic.

Sports Personalities

The eminent sports personalities like Sachin Tendulkar has donated 50 lakh rupees including PV Sindhu 10 Lakh rupees Gautam Gambhir 50 lakh rupees. On the other hand, Hima Das has declared her one month and Bajrang Punia donates six months' salary for the relief fund of COVID-19.

Akshay Kumar joined in this race by giving 25 lakh rupees donation to PM's relief fund`. Columnist Twinkle Khanna applauded her husband's gesture. Varun Dhawan, Ayushman Khuranna, Guru Randhawa also come under this list.
